Hog Tails BBQ Hog Tails Bar B Que is a Southern inspired, pit barbeque restaurant which was created as a reflection of the owner's experiences riding their Harley (Hog) and visiting real honky-tonk juke joints and back-road BBQ shacks throughout the southern United States. Hog Tails is a play on words, meant to combine a blend of those quaint, authentic southern BBQ restaurants with the stories that come naturally from the exciting world of motorcycle touring. We strive to keep it local, and are committed to serving the community where we live and play (Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario and surrounding areas). All of the meat that we serve is locally raised and butchered. We also use as much local produce and other fresh ingredients as we can (which is governed to some extent, of course, by our seasonal changes here in southern Ontario). We are NOT just a one-stop shop, though! Throughout the year, you might also catch us at community events like the renowned Kitchener Blues Fest, or at one of many corporate events that we cater in the area, or even at a large party (wedding, graduation, home-coming) in your neighbour's back yard.
